     Registration
Please register using the online registration link on this site.  Personal information will be captured and stored on our secure server and credit card information will be purged after billing.

Attire
Proper golf attire must be worn.  Men must wear collared shirts and no jeans.  Soft spike only.  Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, so you are ready for action. You may want to bring rain gear, too.

Event Sponsorships
We encourage you to look at our sponsorship packages and choose a package that fits your budget.

Refunds 
Player registrations will be refundable up to 14 days before the event - after which the registration fees are not refundable.  You may transfer them to a team of your choice at that time.  Sponsorships will not be refunded.

Weather
We will advertise via email in the event of a weather cancellation.  Rain date will be set by Ultimate Golf Productions and Roy Kizer Golf Course, with an objective to have the same time frame/same place.
